Last weekend I was invited to photograph a music and movement theme party in Bethesda, MD. The guest of honor was 2 yr old Michael Shields — what a cutie patootie. I think it is safe to say, Michael and his friends enjoyed themselves from start to finish. Two year olds are interesting little people . . . some are incredibly shy, others are willing to explore and be front and center. This past weekend I had the pleasure of meeting the Hallam family and their adorable son Quin. It was so much fun to be a fly on the wall and capture some of the highlights of his 1st birthday celebrations. Without a doubt, this little guy is loved by each and everyone of the people I met. Turning a year old is such a huge milestone, and for all parents it’s a realization of how fast our little ones grow!! Here are a few of my favorite moments from Quin’s big day. Happy Birthday, Quin!
